Return Policy:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact us at contact@watch-pay.store to initiate a return and receive instructions. You will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
